What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across the country.
Do Wonderchef products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our appliances and cookware come with a standard manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years. You can register your product on our website to activate the warranty coverage.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through the 'My Orders' section of your account as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be processed as a return.
