At Wonderchef, we strive to ensure your kitchen is equipped with the finest tools; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your product within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Quality Inspection
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and schedule a pickup for the product to be inspected at our warehouse.
Pack the Product
Ensure the item is securely packed in its original box with all manuals, accessories, and the invoice included to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
After a successful quality check, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
